SUMMARY OF CURRENT REGULATIONS
Exercise of fishing
The license authorizing the exercise of recreational fishing consists of the receipt for the payment of the concession fee in which the personal data and tax identification number of the fisherman are listed.
The receipt must be presented together with a valid ID.

In order to practice sport fishing, residents of Emilia-Romagna can acquire a type “b” license, which is valid for 1 year from the date of payment, by making a payment of € 22.72 to c.c. 116400, made out to regione emilia-romagna

regional concessions fees.

To practice sport fishing, all interested parties can acquire a type “c” license that is valid for 30 days starting.
From the date of payment, by making a payment of € 6.82 to c.c. 116400, made out to regione emilia-romagna - tasse concessioni regionali. both of the above payments can also be made online at https://agri.regione.emilia-romagna.it/ tesserinicaccia/licenze-pesca.jsp the following categories are not required to pay: - those under the age of 12 years if accompanied by an adult with a fishing license or exempted because they are over sixty-five years old: - those under the age of 18 years if they have a certificate of attendance at a course on approaching the protection of fish fauna and fishing practice organized by fishing associations: - those over sixty-five years of age: - persons with disabilities recognized under Law No. 104/1992. art. 3. - fishermen who intend to engage in salmonid fishing. retaining the catch, must have a regional controlled fishing card to record the catch.
